As per the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, all courses follow a semester-based evaluation system
All courses are conducted in semester pattern as per NEP guidelines.
Each course carries a total of 22 credits, divided across two semesters.
Evaluation split: 40% internal assessment and 60% semester end examination.
Students must pass internal and external components separately.
Under the NEP-2020 implementation, for many UG courses, the evaluation is divided into Internal Assessment (Continuous/Internal assessments) + Semester End / External Examination. The split is 40% internal and 60% external for theory papers.
